Case Management Services

Spurwink's Case Management Program provides comprehensive case management services for youth from birth through 20 years of age who have been diagnosed with mental retardation, autism, PDD (Pervasive Developmental Disorder), emotional or behavioral disorders or mental illness and are eligible for or have MaineCare (formerly Medicaid). Recognizing that families are integral to a child’s healthy development and well-being, Case Management Services address the strengths and needs of both the child and his/her family. Case Managers are caring professionals who listen, advocate, support and coordinate services between the family and community providers. The Case Management Program serves Androscoggin, Cumberland, Kennebec, Knox, Lincoln, Oxford, Somerset, Waldo and York Counties.
