Autism Consultation Team

Our Autism Consultation Team provides assessment, recommendations and training to public schools in need of assistance in educational programming and therapeutic interventions. The Team is comprised of professionals in Education, Speech-Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Social Work and Administration.

The Consultation Team provides the following services:

• On-site school evaluation visits
  
• Classroom observations / informal evaluation
  
• Child interview & observations
  
• Staff interviews / discussions
  
• Home visits & parent interviews (if indicated)
  
• Interdisciplinary professional team conference
  
• Formal written report, including recommendations
  
• Face-to-face feedback with school personnel & parents
  
• Staff development & training, if desired
  
• Ongoing therapeutic & educational consultation, if desired
